Training & Support: Deliver end-user training sessions and provide post-go-live support.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation, configuration steps, and client feedback for future reference.
🧠 Skills & Requirements
Experience: 2–5 years in HR operations or HRMS/HRIS implementation.
Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of core HR processes and best practices.
Tech-Savvy: Experience with tools like SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Darwinbox, Zoho People, etc., is a plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact with clients and internal teams.
